Q: What is Socialbliss?
A: Socialbliss is a social network for fashion and beauty where you can save images from the Internet or upload your own to create a gallery of collections that showcases your fashion inspirations and personal style.

Q: How do I add the "Spot It" button?
A: To add the "Spot It" button click on the + in the top right of the Socialbliss page. Click on "Get The Spot It Button!" Make sure your bookmarks bar is visible. Drag "Spot It" to your bookmarks bar (as the arrow suggests.)

How do I spot with my "Spot It" button?
A: When you see a picture that you like while browsing the internet, click on the "Spot It" button that should be on your bookmarks bar. You will be able to see a group of images from that specific website. Click on the image and you will be directed into a box where you can choose your collection and input notes.

Q: How do I edit a spot?
A: Roll your mouse over the specific picture that you would like to edit and you will see an edit button. Click on the 'edit' button and then you will be able to edit the collection, title, or notes sections.

Q: What is a collection?
A: Spots are organized into collections. Let your imagination run wild and create collections of anything from fashion editorials, beauty inspiration, your favorite runway looks, DIY, celebrity style, or what you would buy if you had all the money in the world.

Q: How do I create a collection?
A: There are two ways to create a collection. One way is to view your "Collections," and scroll down to the bottom where it says "Add new collection" this creates a new album. Clicking on that will open a box where you can create a collection. After entering the title, click "Create Collection." The second way and probably the most convenient way is to spot a picture with the "Spot It" button from your bookmark toolbar. There you will be able to choose your collection or add a new collection. Insert a new title, and your picture will be included from your newly generated collection!

Q: How do I change the title of a collection?
A: On the top middle of the page, next to your Stylefeed, you can click on "Collections." Under your collections will be 'edit' buttons, where you can change your title, input notes, or delete the collection.

Q: How do I delete a collection?
A: When you click on "Collections," there will be an 'edit' button that opens up into a new box. In the edit box, you can click 'Delete Collection' button to delete that specific collection.

Q: What is the Spotlight?
A: The Spotlight features designers, bloggers and stand-out collections from Socialbliss users. We like to showcase the best of the best!

Q: What is the Explore Page?
A: Your Explore Page displays the recent activity of all of the users on Socialbliss and spots that you have posted.

Q: What is the Shop Page?
A: The Shop Page is a page of all items on Socialbliss that are able to be purchased. If an item is spotted directly from a store where it is able to be purchased it should appear on the Shop Page.

Q: What is the Blogs Page?
A: The blogs page is a page of all of the photos that were spotted from blogs on Socialbliss. If you spot a photo from a blog, it should appear on the blog page. If it does not, please contact Socialbliss to add to the blog database.

Q: What is the Haute Page?
A: The Haute Page is a page of all of the "hautest" items on Socialbliss at that time.

Q: How do you upload an image?
A: If you would like to add your own saved image onto your profile collections, you can click on "+" on the top right of the Socialbliss page. Click "Upload an image." Once on the "Upload an Image" page, click on "Select Image to Upload." Once selected, click "Upload Image." Note that you can select multiple images to upload at a time.

Q: How do I change my username?
A: On the top right part of the website page, there is a downward arrow next to your profile picture. Under the arrow, you will be able to see 'Settings.' Click on settings, and you will be able to see a section for you to change your username.

Q: How do I change my profile picture?
A: On the top right part of the website page, there is a downward arrow next to your profile picture. Under the arrow, you will be able to see 'Settings.' Click on settings, then click on the 'Upload Image' button under Profile Picture. After you choose your picture, you can upload your profile picture by clicking update.

Q: How do I change my password?
A: On the top right part of the website page, there is a downward arrow next to your profile picture. Under the arrow, you will be able to see 'Settings.' Click on settings, then click on the 'Change Password' button. Enter your old password, your new password, and click 'Update Password' to change your password.

Q: How do I turn on/off my email notifications?
A: On the top right part of the website page, there is a downward arrow next to your profile picture. Under the arrow, you will be able to see 'Settings.' Click the ÒsaveÓ button down below.

Q: How do I turn on/off my Facebook Activity?
A: On the top right part of the website page, there is a downward arrow next to your profile picture. Under the arrow, you will be able to see 'Settings.' On the bottom of the page turn on/off Facebook activity. Make sure to click "Save Settings" when you are done.

Q: How do I delete my Socialbliss account?
A: To delete your Socialbliss account, click on your profile photo in the top right of the page and click "settings". On the bottom left hand side of the page you should see "Deactivate Account" under the "Search Privacy" option.

Q: What does a hashtag do?
A: When a user places a hashtag in a comment you are able to click on the hash tag which will lead you to a filtered page of everything that has to do with that specific hashtag. Example. If a user were to comment #heart everything that has been hash tagged with the word heart in the past would be filtered out when the hash tag is clicked on.

Q: What does @ someones name do?
A: When you are writing a comment and you place the @ before a users name you are directly talking to them. That user will get a notification that you have tagged them in a comment.

Q: How do I get added as a Pro?
A: To get added as a Pro, fill out the submission request. A member of the Socialbliss team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Q: Why does my product not have the "Buy Now" feature?
A: If you are spotting your product from your website where it is able to be purchased it should show the "Buy Now" feature. If it is not showing the "Buy Now" feature, please contact Socialbliss.

Q: How do I disconnect my personal Facebook from my business Socialbliss account?
A: Right now, you are unable to disconnect your Facebook from your Socialbliss account. This is a feature the Socialbliss team is working on right now.

Q: How do I change the name on my profile to my business name?
A: On the top right part of the website page, there is a downward arrow next to your profile picture. Under the arrow, you will be able to see 'Settings.' You will see the first and last name, change the name to your business name. If you have a business name with two words, put one word in the first name section and one in the last name section. If you have a business name with only one word add your business name in the first name and for the last name add the word store or a word suitable for your business.

Q: How do I make sure my business is on the Shop page?
A: If you have spotted photos directly from your website and you are able to purchase your products on the website you spotted from you should see your products on the "shop" page. If you are not seeing them, please contact a member of Socialbliss.

Q: How do I make sure my blog photos are on the "Blog" page?
A: If you have spotted photos directly from a blog, they should appear on the "Blog" page. If you do not see the photo you spotted from a blog on the "Blog" page please contact a member of the Socialbliss team.

Q: How do I change my profile photo to a photo that represents my business?
A: On the top right part of the website page, there is a downward arrow next to your profile picture. Under the arrow, you will be able to see 'Settings.' Click on settings, then click on the 'Upload Image' button under Profile Picture. After you choose your picture, you can upload your profile picture by clicking update.

A: Creating a Socialbliss profile will be beneficial to your business because images of your products will circulate throughout a site. Each time a Socialbliss user clicks on an image of your product they will be led directly back to your website increasing your sales and website traffic.

A: To better promote your business using Socialbliss it is important to engage with other users. Make sure you are answering questions that are being asked about your products. It is also important to follow other users, the more users you follow the more likely that person is to view your profile and follow you back.

Q: How do I connect my website and my Socialbliss profile?
A: To connect your website and Socialbliss profile it is important to make sure you are using the "Spot It" button rather than uploading your images.

Q: What are suggestions of collection types I would add to make my business profile look more complete?
A: The more collections and photos you have added on your Socialbliss profile, the more interesting and complete your profile looks. If you have already added a collection of all of your products or works you may want to add a collection of your inspirations. Another suggestion would be to add a collection of products that would compliment your product or service.

Q: What makes me qualify as a "Professional?"
